A: To make your booking, click on the "Book Now" or "Check Availability" buttons. Select the tour you wish to book and click on "Buy Now". You will then be able to select which attractions you would like to include. Once your booking is made, we have the rest covered! You don't need to pre-plan anything; we will handle all the planning and organization of the day. Just show up at your meeting point 15 minutes early and enjoy your trip! We will send you a meeting point reminder the day before your trip via email and WhatsApp, so make sure you provide your correct information when booking.

A: Wear weather-appropriate clothing. You may get a little wet from the boat cruise, but it should dry quickly on sunny days. You can keep your backpack with you and leave it on the bus throughout the day. Luggage and strollers can only sometimes be accommodated. Please get in touch with us to inquire about availability. Lunch can be purchased during your tour. There are many options for quick food, takeout or sit-down restaurants in Niagara. You can also pre-pack your lunch and have a picnic. Please ensure you eat and drink before pick-up, as food and drinks are not allowed on the bus.

A: We have convenient meeting points around Downtown Toronto, usually within 5 minutes walking distance from most central hotels and Airbnbs. When booking the tour, our system will automatically find the closest meeting point to you based on your location at checkout. Pick-up for the Niagara Falls Day Tour and Niagara-on-the-Lake Tour is from 7:30 to 8:05 AM in Downtown Toronto or 8:35 AM in Mississauga. Pick-up for the Niagara Falls Evening Tour varies by season but is typically around 12:30 PM in winter and 1:30 PM in summer. Return for all tours is around 9 to 10 hours after pick-up. You will see all the pick-up options for each tour when booking, or you can find specific schedules on our tour itinerary pages.

A: You can include the Hornblower Boat Cruise and Journey Behind the Falls attractions in your tour package when booking. First, click on "Buy Now" to choose which tour you wish to do, and then you will be able to select your attraction option. You can add extra attractions on the day of your tour, like the Niagara Helicopter Ride and Skylon Tower Lookout. Your tour guide can assist you in organizing tickets for these. Please note that the Hornblower Boat Cruise is available from approximately May 1 to November 30, subject to weather conditions. When closed, it is replaced with Journey Behind the Falls, or the Skylon Tower Lookout if you already have Journey Behind the Falls in your package. The Hornblower Boat Cruise is the only available boat attraction in Niagara Falls, Canada. You may recognize its old name, "Maid of the Mist." This is the same experience.

A: It's in Canadian. 🇨🇦 Just kidding! Our tour commentary is in English only. Your tour guide will do their best to accommodate you if you don't understand English well. They will organize the attraction tickets for you and show you where to go, so even if English is not your native language, you will experience Niagara Falls with everyone else. If English is not your first language, no problem! Please let your tour guide know, and they will be happy to repeat important information, such as meeting times and tour details.

A: The Niagara Falls Day Tour is our most popular tour, offering all the best attractions in one day. You'll be back early in the evening so you can have a nice dinner in Toronto and explore the city. The Niagara Falls Evening Tour is an excellent option for those who want to experience both the daytime and nighttime illumination of Niagara Falls. You'll be back pretty late, so if you're okay with that and want to join a very unique and special Niagara Falls experience, the Evening Tour might be right for you. Our Niagara-on-the-Lake and Wine Country tour is a great secondary option to add to your other tours, or if you have already been to Niagara Falls. It's also an excellent choice for locals seeking a romantic or fun getaway with friends or their special person. This tour includes a picturesque village, a chocolate factory tour and tasting, and a winery tour and tasting. Larger groups, corporate planners, schools, and other organizations might be interested in our Private Niagara Falls Tour options. Our office staff, who are also certified tour guides, will craft a perfect custom itinerary tailored to your interests. We can work with groups of any size. Given the higher price tag, a private tour may be a better option for groups of 13 or more.
