Customers are eligible for a full refund if the tour is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within this time frame will be processed without any cancellation fees.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including late changes or no-shows.
