You can change your tour date or cancel your booking with 24 hours' notice from the pick-up time (i.e. if you are being picked up at 8:00 AM, you can request a change up until 8:00 AM the day before). We cannot refund tours or change your tour date if you cancel within 24 hours. Make sure to arrive at your pick-up location early because the tour will depart on time, and we cannot refund late arrivals. Our complete change and cancellation policy can be found here. In order to submit a change request, please get in touch with us at book@tourstoniagarafalls.com. If you booked on a third-party tour reselling website like Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Klook or others, you will need to log in to their website or contact their customer support to make changes.
We use new model sprinter vans and minibuses that are 2018 and newer. All vehicles have dual air conditioning systems (front and rear) as well as heaters. Our buses are white and say QUEEN on them. Our fleet consists of mini-coaches with space up to 28 passengers. Each bus is equipped with charging stations for iPhone and Android devices. We've learned that the tour is much more efficient with these smaller group sizes, so we don't use big coaches on our tours like other companies do. This way we can ensure the best possible tour experience. Our buses are all strictly maintained as per manufacturer recommendations. We have licensed dealers in Toronto and Niagara Falls to ensure issues can be dealt with swiftly. Our drivers are all trained to do daily pre-drive inspections. Our Fleet Manager does throughout reviews of each bus each week. We also have semi-annual safety inspections with the Ministry of Transportation to ensure our buses are up to standards.
Queen Tour is a family-owned boutique tour operator operating since 1994. We have taken hundreds of thousands of passengers on tours to Niagara Falls and are well-regarded in the industry. Our specialty and main focus is Niagara Falls. We invest in creating memorable and seamless tour experiences for our guests. We are a team of around 10 people including our office staff, tour guides and Fleet Manager. We strive to provide a great workplace for our team. The owner likes to say "I want this to be a place that I would want to work at".
We are fully licensed and insured. Insurance means as a corporation and for our vehicles, including liability and passenger hazard insurance. Licensing means we have all the required licenses and certificates granted by the Ministry of Transportation and Niagara Falls. Our tour guides are all licensed via Niagara Parks, and actively maintain and renew their tour guide licenses. Their driving records, medical records and license status are actively monitored.
Ticketing FAQ
Throughout our website we have buttons that say "Check Availability" and "Book Now". If you click on them, you will open a screen where you can select the tour you want to book. From there, select the date you wish to travel, how many participants and which tour package you want to book. Once you complete the booking process your tour is automatically confirmed. Make sure you select one of the pick-up locations and are clear on the time and location.
We have tours every day of the week except Saturday. Our Niagara Falls Day Tour runs all year long. The Niagara Falls Afternoon and Evening Tour runs from November 1 to March 31, with some select dates throughout the year. The Chocolate, Winery and Niagara-on-the-Lake tour runs from May 17 to October 31. You can see full availability when booking a tour.
Tour prices vary based on the package selected and start from $99. All prices on our website are written in $CAD, but when you book your tour you can select from many currencies and avoid foreign transaction fees by booking in your home currency.
In Canada and the USA, it is normal for prices to be shown pre-tax. Ontario has a 13% HST tax which is added to your final bill. We are proud to offer one of the only booking experiences in Toronto that does not have an additional service fee on top of the tax.
It is customary in Canada to leave a cash gratuity for your tour guide if you enjoyed the trip. We understand this is not normal in other cultures or it might not be affordable for some people. Gratuities are recommended but always up to you, so don't feel pressure.
When you book with us, you can feel security in knowing that you can cancel your tour with 24 hours' notice and receive a 100% refund. As long as you either cancel yourself from the link in the booking confirmation email, or email us by 8:00 AM the day before your tour, you will be able to receive your full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date are not refundable. We might be able to move your booking to another day for free if you email us at 8:00 PM the night before your new travel date. If there is availability, subject to our discretion, we might be able to move your booking. Note that we usually sell out our tours, so this is no guarantee.
We cannot guarantee a return trip for you if you choose to stay in Niagara Falls. You would be able to join the entire tour experience and then Uber back to the main area of Niagara Falls after the tour is complete. On the day you wish to return, you can call us in the morning to check if there is extra space on the bus. If there is, we will not charge you for a return trip. If there is no space, an Uber usually costs around $200-300 each way, or you can take a train back to Toronto.
Our Niagara Falls Day Tour and Chocolate, Wine and Niagara-on-the-Lake Day Trip have 12 pick-up locations across Downtown Toronto and in Mississauga.
The Niagara Falls Afternoon and Evening Tour has pick-up locations in Downtown Toronto, Mississauga and also in Niagara Falls.
You can request a different drop-off point from one of our offered locations by asking your tour guide on your trip.
While making your booking, you can enter your address or hotel and see a map showing you your closest pick-up location.
Not all of our buses have space for large items like luggage. Larger groups that have luggage can email us at book@tourstoniagarafalls.com to check bus availability. We cannot guarantee that your bus will have space for luggage or oversized items. Backpacks, carry-on bags or foldable items like strollers are possible to bring on the bus as long as it is small enough to fit under or between seats.
Our buses are not wheelchair accessible. A folding wheelchair that can fit in between seats is permitted on the bus. Note that there is a high step-up to get on and off the bus.
Yes! You do not need to purchase an infant ticket when booking. Infants 2 and under are free. Note that we do not have child seats and they would need to sit on your lap.
Larger groups might be interested in a private Niagara Falls tour. This is a great option for groups of 10 or more looking for a more intimate experience. We have organized private tours for group sizes ranging from 4 to 200. Smaller groups, especially groups under 10 people, should consider joining our regular tour as it will be much better pricing. Learn more about private Niagara Falls tours here.
Group discounts are also available on our regular tour for parties of 8 or more. Email us at book@tourstoniagarafalls.com to inquire about a group discount.

Enhance your experience by adding skip-the-line attraction tickets when booking your tour! We offer tickets for the Hornblower Boat Cruise and Journey Behind the Falls. While lines are usually short in the off-season, they can take hours during peak season.
Not sure yet? No problem! You can always purchase attraction tickets on the day of your tour directly from your guide—there’s no risk of them selling out.
For even more adventure, you can also add tickets for a Niagara Helicopter ride or Skylon Tower during your tour. We don’t sell these in advance, as they may be canceled due to fog or high winds, and it's easier to purchase them on the day of the tour instead of dealing with refunds.
Prices start at C$99 per person. For the latest pricing, click ‘Check Availability’ or ‘Book Now’ to proceed with your booking.
In addition to the Hornblower Boat Cruise or Journey Behind the Falls, you’ll have time for at least one more attraction—sometimes even two, depending on the day’s schedule. Other exciting options include:
A 12-minute helicopter ride over the falls (~C$170 with our tour discount)
The Skylon Tower observation deck (~C$21)
The Niagara SkyWheel (~C$18)
Ziplining alongside the waterfalls (~C$100)
Various other smaller activities in Niagara Falls. Important: Please do not purchase attraction tickets in advance, as our itinerary may vary daily, and we can’t guarantee exact times. For the helicopter ride, our guide will call ahead in the morning to confirm safe flying conditions. Plus, you’ll receive a discount if you purchase tickets directly at the helicopter ticket booth with our partnership pricing!
Enjoy a wide variety of dining options in Niagara Falls! Choose from budget-friendly fast food, casual eateries, or upscale sit-down restaurants—some even offer breathtaking views of the waterfalls.
Prefer to bring your own meal? You’re welcome to have a picnic in the park or eat indoors.
Tip: Ask your tour guide for recommendations based on your preferences. We don’t recommend making reservations in advance, as timing may vary throughout the day.
Our Niagara Falls Day Tour offers an incredible experience year-round, with slight variations between summer and winter.
Summer Tours: Our standard tour itinerary, including the optional Hornblower Boat Cruise experience. The boat runs from around May 1 to December 1, subject to weather. You will experience the incredible Niagara Falls in all of its glory!
Winter Tours: The tour is usually shorter due to less traffic, colder weather and the absence of long lines in Niagara Falls. When the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed, we replace it with Journey Behind the Falls tickets. Niagara is STUNNING in the winter - often, you will see beautiful snow and ice covering all of nature.
No matter the season, Niagara Falls is breathtaking—lush parks and gardens in the summer or a magical winter wonderland covered in snow and ice in the winter. Either way, it’s an unforgettable trip, and we thank you for the privilege that you are considering our tour!
Enjoy 3 to 4 hours of free time in Niagara Falls—plenty of time for 1-2 attractions, sightseeing, and lunch.
Take a scenic walk along the waterfalls
Explore Clifton Hill for shopping and fun activities
Grab a delicious meal with a view
If you’ve added attractions to your package, expect to spend about 1 hour per attraction. Your tour guide will provide great recommendations, so you can make the most of your time and craft your perfect Niagara experience!

This is a fantastic day trip to book as a follow-up to a Niagara Falls tour that you might have booked with us or another touring company. We hand-crafted the itinerary with all the most extraordinary things we could find in the Niagara region, and it should be an unforgettable day!
